About our services
Orchestrateml provides educational training in technical analysis with emphasis on volatility behaviour and Average True Range (ATR) analysis. Sessions may be delivered in Helidon, Queensland, or remotely. Nothing on this site constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to deal in securities, or a promise of trading results.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. You are responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Bookings and fees
Fees, deposits, and schedules are confirmed in writing after enquiry. Informational prices on the Rates page may change. Payment instructions are provided with booking confirmation. This website does not process card payments or checkout flows.
Intellectual property
Course worksheets, journal templates, site copy, and branding remain the property of Orchestrateml. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not republish, resell, or teach from them as your own curriculum without prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (attempt to disrupt servers, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive form messages). We may refuse or cancel bookings where participants disrupt group learning or solicit others for unrelated commercial schemes during sessions.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law, Orchestrateml is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability arising from a booked lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
