Information we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
- Enquiry content (lesson interest, instruments followed, message text)
- Booking and payment references exchanged offline or by email
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy
We do not ask for trading account passwords, tax file numbers, or unnecessary financial account details through the website form.
Purpose of processing
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule lessons, deliver training materials, process refunds where applicable, improve site reliability, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Australia.
Retention
Enquiry records are typically kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence. Booking and invoice records are retained for at least seven years where required for accounting and tax purposes. You may request earlier deletion of marketing-style notes where we have no legal duty to keep them.
Sharing
We use service providers who host email, file storage, or website infrastructure. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
